Important Informations:

Apartments are cleaned once a week, the rooms daily. Change of linen and towels is once a week (of course for every new guest). Appartments and doublerooms offer telephone, safe, fridge and TV Sat. Apartments have a fully equiped kitchen with ofen and microwave! On the arrival of an apartment we kindly ask for a deposit of 50,00 Euro, which we will refound if nothing has been damaged. The price includes electricity, water and gas, linen and towels. No pets are accepted! Reservation: We kindly ask for a depost of 25% of the total as well as your credit card number and exp. date. The rest will be charged at your departure. For payments with bank transfer there is an extra of 5,00 Euro to add to the total. Cancellation policy: We will keep the amount of the deposit in any case
